We want to ensure that you receive the best customer service experience with Bare Opulence Hair Extensions.To avoid delay and ensure that your package is properly delivered to you on time, please always double check your shipping address. PLEASE carefully check to make sure you type your address correctly in the appropriate fields, remembering to include any apartment or street numbers. If your address is incorrect, the post office sends the package back out to us.
We ship only Monday – Friday, from 8 am – 5 pm.We do not ship on the weekends or holidays.
If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us immediately at support@bareopulence.com.
Given the fact that we strive to process and ship items out as soon as possible, orders cannot be altered once payment is complete. We highly recommend reviewing your order summary, and check to see the correct items are added to cart. Please be advise that all customized orders based on your selection will take 7-10 business days to create.
After your item is prepared and dropped off at the carrier, a tracking number is automatically sent to your email address on file. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Once packages are dropped off at postal carrier, we no longer have control. Bare Opulence Extensions is not liable for any damage or lost items during shipping. Please contact the shipment carrier for further details once you receive tracking number.

International/ Worldwide Shipping!

International Shipments are sent via FedEx or USPS and can also be expressed. All packages imported to your country may be subject to customs, taxes or other fees. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government.
In the event of bad weather/ natural disasters that will delay normal shipping times as advertised, we will notify you via email, as well as our social media platforms.
